An Italian feast for the senses
We’ll begin the evening with a unique four-course tasting menu prepared by our head chef, Tomasz Rymisz. Each course takes you on a journey through the flavours and aromas of sunny Italy, whilst stories about the inspirations and ingredients will make the tasting an even more special experience.
We’ll be serving carefully selected wines with dinner, which will perfectly complement the character of the dishes.
Throughout the evening, an all-you-can-eat Italian buffet will also be at your disposal – packed with antipasti, mature cheeses, Italian cured meats and freshly baked pizza straight from the oven.
Music, chats and Italian chill
A DJ from the Ministry of Entertainment will create a unique atmosphere, providing a subtle musical backdrop for our get-together. Soft sounds will accompany conversations at the table, relaxation in the sun lounger area, and evening gatherings beneath strings of fairy lights in our atrium and on the terrace.
It’s an evening designed to help you slow down, enjoy the moment and soak up the atmosphere of an Italian summer.
An Italian refreshment at its very best
The Show Time team will be in charge of the bar, serving up their own signature cocktails inspired by the Italian aperitivo culture. Fragrant citrus fruits, fresh herbs and carefully selected ingredients will ensure that every drink is the perfect complement to the evening.
Whether you opt for classic Italian flavours or modern takes on your favourite cocktails, you can look forward to a real treat for the palate.
